My Church

Image via Wikipedia My church website is up and running. The Lord has really blessed us many times over it's been countless. Jesus is the gift who keeps on giving. In a few days it will be Thanksgiving . We have alot to be thankful for. Yeah I know the real Thanksgiving, but it doesn't hurt to give thanks to the one who gave His life for mankind. No, the pilgrims didn't show their true gratitude towards the Indians . If it weren't for the Indians there would be an America today. It would still probably a peaceful hunting ground and still not have God in it. May we all realize that God loves all races and cultures and come to the knowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord and can save all if they come to Him and make Him Lord of their life. Blessed is the Nation whose God is the Lord. America needs Jesus. We would less to no problems if we lean on Him and make Him King. It will have a take drastic measures for that to happen and for people to believe that Jesus is real and

Research...Research....Write...Write...My Mission

I've been away for a while. I needed to catch up on some stuff. I've been so involved in my class project lately. It a report I'm researching on the Tay-Sachs disease. The NTSAD has been a great help in my research efforts. I've been changed by this because it affects children from the time of birth. It's a genetic condition that attacks the gene structure. What's sad there is no cure, only prevention. Children that are affected with the disease live only to about 4-to-5 years of age. So little time, not given a chance to live life. Learning alot from these children tells me cherish each and every moment of everyday like these dear little children and their families because you never know when it will end. I was so moved by a father journey with his daughter, Rachaeli it touched my heart forever. There's a hope that someday there will be an answer to sickness and death. That will one day be a place much different from this place. If you trust that there i

Just a Note-Flu Season Ease

Just to let you know that maybe have been some confusion and little education about the threat of an avian influenza outbreak. Not to worry according to medical resources it's not as bad as the media let's it out to be. And I think President Bush's announcement a while back said he would declare marshall law in the U.S. if such would happen. That's just alot of bunk to try and get us all uppity. Be sure to bulk up on your Vitamin C, better yet Ester-C . Besides haven't we been there done, done that already. Sometimes it's always good to get out the mask . And always wash those hands after every visit ;). Stay well!

Yule Tiding Again

Thanksgiving will soon be here. If some of you wonder why we celebrate turkey day there is an historical account in 1676 of how thanksgiving happened. Pretty soon Christmas will follow. And you know what that means? Time to SHOP! I hope that others who oppose of Christmas, you don't know what you're missing. Remember the greatest gift of all who made it all possible. Miracles still happen. Even when those want to forget, there are still some of us have the light of Jesus in our hearts. Behind all the decorations, the wrapped gifts and the rush is the one gift that was given to all of us. The one that was hung on a tree 2,000 years ago. As you sit down to your holiday dinner table give thanks for all the blessings that God has given. That the true meaning of Christmas lives with us all through the year. God Bless Us Everyone!
