Hurricane Katrina Risky Business

My concern after the U.S. government evacuated the survivors of Hurricane Katrina to other states, is that they didn't think of the consequences that will follow. There is risk of the spread of disease, particularly West Nile Virus and even chlorea. Maybe they should take more precaution as to quarantine. It's just a thought and a safe one.
